POSITION SUMMARY:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects and operational initiatives meet their goals by developing and implementing change strategies and plans aimed at transitioning individuals, groups, and the organization from the current state to the desired future state. This role includes providing leadership, execution, coaching, and training on change management, using best practices and standard methodologies. The OCM Manager will work to build and maintain an effective team committed to customer and employee satisfaction, and to maximize the adoption of new business processes, systems, and technologies.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and drive change strategies for complex initiatives and transformations.
- Act as a thought leader and expert on enterprise-level Change Management initiatives.
- Initiate and develop new change management processes and service offerings.
- Build change management competency among leaders and project teams.
- Collaborate to improve employee experience and ensure aligned messaging.
- Scope projects to identify impacts, activities, and resource needs.
- Lead change management activities using structured methodologies and tools.
- Measure the success of change management efforts and adjust as needed.
- Develop and present executive-level presentations.
- Document change impacts with functional team members.
- Foster good customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead and prioritize daily team activities.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience managing teams, with hands-on experience in complex organizations.
- Experience in building and maintaining change management efforts for people, processes, and technology.
- Strong background in OCM methodologies.
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task.
- Experience implementing OCM methods and measuring their effectiveness.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale process/technology projects and transformations.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to use various means to effect change.
- CCMP, Prosci, or similar certification.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work positively with employees and external resources.
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Resolve ambiguous and conflicting objectives.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and ability to follow related processes and procedures.
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
