What You'll Do
- Pre-Demolition Planning: Conduct site assessments, verify building conditions, and prepare work plans and schedules for each unique project.
- Asset Recovery: Identify salvage and recovery opportunities, maximizing value for our clients while minimizing waste.
- Project Leadership: Define and execute demolition and salvage strategies, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and safely.
- Environmental Compliance: Oversee asbestos and lead abatement, ensure all environmental and personal safety controls are in place, and manage the removal and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire your team through each phasefrom mobilization and setup to site restoration and project close-out.
- Proven experience managing demolition, abatement, and/or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to oversee all phases of a demolition projectfrom pre-assessment to site restoration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and your team.
