Responsibilities
- Take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio visual technical requests.
- Support daily AV operations, break fix, and business.
- Station at client site for day-to-day support as backfill for daily audio visual operation and event support.
- Assist on setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance works for audio visual systems.
- Compile and analyze weekly reports, incident reports, and service report submissions.
- Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in the office and client site.
Requirements
Working hours : 5 days work week (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
