o Regularly review and track your efficiency rate to identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with the SA's and PSM to improve future estimates.

o Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the internal rental fleet, ensuring equipment is in top working condition with minimal downtime.
o Regularly inspect rental fleet equipment for wear and tear, repairing and maintaining it according to manufacturer specifications and company guidelines.
o Ensure that all internal rental fleet equipment is serviced and maintained per established schedules, tracking repairs, time spent, and parts used for performance evaluation.
4. Troubleshooting & Repairs:
o Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other system issues on both customer equipment and rental fleet assets.
o Strive to reduce repair times while maintaining high-quality service, ensuring minimal downtime for customers and rental fleet equipment.
o Work with the PSM to resolve any ongoing issues that affect recovery or efficiency rates.
5. Customer Service & Communication:
o Communicate repair progress and timelines to SA's clearly, setting realistic recovery time expectations.
o Provide feedback to SA's on any delays or issues, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the repair process.
o Collaborate with service, parts, and rental teams to maintain smooth equipment transitions and reduce recovery times.
6. Safety & Compliance:
o Follow all safety protocols while performing repairs, both in the shop and in the field, ensuring the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and customers.
o Ensure repairs and maintenance on customer and rental equipment meet safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
o Maintain safety practices while optimizing recovery and efficiency to avoid delays.
7. Daily Service Schedule Monitoring & Communication:
o Regularly monitor the daily service schedule to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner, without causing delays.
o Communicate with the SA and team if adjustments to the schedule are needed due to unforeseen issues, ensuring transparency and efficient rescheduling.
o Actively participate in daily briefings or meetings to assess workload and prioritize repairs, ensuring that customer commitments and internal fleet needs are met.
o Inform the SA of any equipment or scheduling issues that could impact service quality or recovery/efficiency goals, helping to address problems proactively.
8. Facility Cleanliness:
o Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the facility, ensuring that tools, parts, and equipment are stored properly.
o Clean up after repairs and ensure that any debris, fluids, or waste products are disposed of according to safety protocols.
o Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness of work areas, ensuring that the facility remains in a safe, organized, and efficient state.
o Ensure that cleanliness extends to equipment areas where repairs or maintenance are performed, reducing the risk of accidents or damage.
9. Field Work & Flexibility:
o As needed perform repairs or maintenance at customer locations, construction sites, or other off-site locations.
o Be adaptable to working in varying environments, including field conditions and locations outside your main facility.
o Ensure that repairs performed in the field meet the same standards of quality and efficiency as those performed at the facility.
o Maintain proper equipment, supplies and tools when working in the field, ensuring readiness for on-site repairs.
10. Bobcat Warranty Compliance:
o Follow all Bobcat warranty requirements when performing repairs and maintenance on Bobcat equipment to ensure proper warranty claims and reimbursement.
o Ensure that any work performed under warranty complies with Bobcat's specific guidelines, including parts usage, documentation, and repair procedures.
o Accurately document all warranty-related repairs, including required parts, labor, and any other information necessary for Bobcat warranty processing.
o Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that all Bobcat warranty requirements are met and repairs are approved for reimbursement.
