About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Interior Design Project Manager to lead and execute luxury commercial projects with precision, creativity, and leadership. This is a new role due to growth, reporting directly to Executive Leadership.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all phases of commercial & high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
- Manage schedules, vendors, materials, procurement, site visits, and installations.
- Serve as the client-facing liaison, ensuring an elite client experience at every stage.
- Lead Revit-based design development, creating models, plans, elevations, and presentations.
- Work closely with architects, builders, and contractors to bring high-end designs to life.
- Maintain budget oversight, tracking expenses while delivering exceptional quality.
- Stay ahead of luxury design trends, integrating the latest in high-end interiors.
- Some travel in the local area, NYC metro, South Florida, and the Caribbean will be required.
Must-Haves (Deal Breakers)
- Revit experience (even minimal) – this is non-negotiable
- Strong commercial interior design experience (luxury experience preferred)
- Background in an Architectural Firm, Luxury Design Firm, Custom Home Builder, or High-End General Contractor
- Proven experience managing $6M projects with elite clients
- Strong project management, vendor coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to juggle multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment
- Authorization to work in the US without work visa sponsorship
Nice-to-Have
- Luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, golf clubs, or exclusive multifamily experience
- Additional design software proficiency (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience working with celebrity or ultra-high-net-worth clients
