As the company continues to expand, they are looking to add a Senior Superintendent to their team to lead mid-to-high rise commercial building projects in the Southeast region, based out of their Nashville, TN office. Position Summary :
The Senior Superintendent will oversee and manage commercial concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale concrete projects ranging from $5M to $30M and a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This is a key leadership role with a direct impact on the success and growth of the company’s Southeast operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage commercial concrete projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce best practices in safety on all job sites
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project progress and prepare regular updates for senior management
- Resolve any issues or delays on-site in a proactive manner
- Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and project delivery
- Ensure projects are properly documented and all reports are completed on time
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
