The Press Floor Grinder is a production laborer who possesses time management skills. The Grinder shall be capable of reading and adhering to a schedule. The Grinder shall ensure that material has been ground and is ready for the press floor on time. The job description is not intended to be all inclusive of every job function. All employees shall perform as directed by their supervisor or management team.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions
- Accountable for safe work practices
- Must be able to repeatedly shovel and dump buckets of material up to 25 lbs. of weight.
- Follow GMP’s and LOTO procedures.
- Champion Targeted Pet Treats goals, policies, visions, and values
- Effectively teach others TPT’s expectations and guidelines
- Education/Training/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: N/A
- Live by Targeted Pet Treats Values
- Show up to work on time.
