Working Hours:      3:30pm – 2:00am; Monday - Thrusday

Overall Focus:          

The mixer is a production laborer who is responsible for the following duties. The mixer is responsible for making batches of appropriate size in accordance with established procedures. The mixer shall produce batches and clean mixers per the mixing schedule. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive of every job function. All employees shall perform as directed by their supervisor or management team.

• Education/Training/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for up to 4 hours.
• Lift 25 lbs. over their head
• Pull/Maneuver pallet jack with up to 2,000-pound loads.
• Carry items of 50 pounds in weight from one place to another
• Stack 50 pounds repetitiously.
• Not allergic to soy.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
