Overview
As an Operations Analyst at Targeted Victory, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the day-to-day operations of our organization through playing an integral role in our growing, collaborative, and dynamic team. You will work closely with our operations team to support various projects, assist in process improvements, and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency of processes across departments. This position is an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios and develop a fundamental understanding of operations management in a fast-paced, agency setting.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, with great communication skills, keen attention to detail, great time management, and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal teams to achieve administrative objectives within our Political, Third-Party, and Corporate divisions. The individual must be detail oriented and proactive, always being solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within the Operations Department, including billing, legal, IT and vendor relations
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes
- Assist in managing relationships with clients, vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and ensuring timely deliveries
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that require input and collaboration from multiple departments within Targeted Victory
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure financial and legal compliance is up to date
- Data entry and ensure data integrity in Salesforce of all new and existing business opportunities
- Support the Operations Team by keeping a pulse on the team’s bandwidth across client accounts, and have rolling awareness of staffing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of previous professional working experience in an administrative, project management, or account management capacity (can be across internships)
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communications
- Team player, leader, and eager to help where needed
- High level of motivation and ability to thrive in campaign-style work environment
- Willing to work flexible hours and be responsive when necessary
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- A team player with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels
