Overview
Targeted Victory is looking for individuals to work on our Outside Groups team to help coordinate and execute digital strategy for the country’s top campaigns and committees on the Right. Individuals must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven, campaign-style work environment and be able coordinate with internal product teams to achieve client objectives. Attention to detail, time management and experience managing clients, or similar principals, are must haves.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for Republican political campaigns and committees, while also advising corporate clients from a right-of-center perspective on creative, production, and social media strategy
- Lead social listening and real-time engagement efforts to monitor conversations, identify trends, and inform strategic responses.
- Oversee content creation and distribution, including short-form videos, social media assets, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Manage and guide digital teams, working cross-functionally with internal creative, product, and client strategy teams.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms, integrating innovative tactics into client campaigns.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve audience engagement across platforms.
Qualifications
This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital content creation, social media strategy, or political communications for a GOP campaign, agency, or GOP Capitol Hill office.
- Experience leading or working in a high-pressure ‘war room’ or campaign command center, managing rapid-response communications and real-time strategy execution
- Experience in video production, short-form content, and rapid-response messaging preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple teams, clients, and product lines
- Outstanding verbal and written communications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- High level of motivation and ability to thrive in campaign-style work environment
- Willing to work flexible hours and be responsive when necessary
- Ability to meet client deadlines
- Ability to navigate high-pressure situations
- Team player, leader, and eager to help where needed
