Seeking a highly motivated and skilled digital marketer to build, grow, and engage with Targeted Victory’s Outside Groups team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving community engagement, building brand awareness, and generating support for conservative and right leaning campaigns and organizations. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective strategies to engage with our supporters, manage social media channels, and communicate with the public. You will work closely with our team to create and implement innovative approaches to connect with potential voters, supporters, and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for creating and executing effective strategies to engage with our supporters, manage social media channels, and communicate with the public. You will work closely with our team to create and implement innovative approaches to connect with potential voters, supporters, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Real-time media monitoring and rapid-response clipping to track narratives, identify trends, and amplify key messages.
- Create and distribute engaging content such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets that align with campaign messaging and objectives
- Develop and implement social media and community engagement strategies that support the overall goals of the campaign
- Engage with online communities, influencers, and stakeholders to increase awareness and support for the campaign
- Work collaboratively with the campaign team to develop and implement events, partnerships, and other initiatives that support community engagement and outreach efforts
- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in social media and community management, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, political science or a related field
- Relative internship experience or at least 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management, media monitoring, digital marketing, or republican Hill offices and/or republican political campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for community management
- Experience developing and executing social media campaigns that engage and mobilize audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for politics
- Republican political campaign experience a plus
