OPERATIONS MANAGER (TALENT ACQUISITION)
Location: Louisville, KY or Remote
Salary: $80,000-$90,000/ annually plus bonus potential
Dept: Talent Acquisition
Responsible for managing talent initiatives, operations, traffic, policy, and compliance with regard to the ATS and other systems used by the talent acquisition team. Responsible for continuous process improvement, special projects, new client setup, transition assignments, opening all job requisitions and traffic.
Responsibilities
- Manages Talent Managers and Onboarding Managers
- Working closely with the operations team, this person will open all job requisitions and manage the assignment of all requisitions and transitions.
- Provides leadership in sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Collaborates with a strategic mindset, establish relationships and partnerships with business partners to understand their talent needs, develop strategies to meet these needs, and drive accountability in recruiting and selection.
- Manages and collaborates with talent Ensure that the recruiting function is capable, streamlined, and well-aligned with Tarian's strategic goals, initiatives, vision, and goals.
- Maintains an efficient, consistent hiring process from start to finish, including driving best practices in hiring process and hiring decisions, interview tools and techniques, closing, number of interviews, routes to managers, best channels, etc.
- Partners with Ops Ex Managers on talent to ensure compliance across Tarian.
- Setting up new clients and working with the TA Compliance Manager to ensure consistency in managing compliance within our software/tools
- Serves as escalation point person for all Operations Team inquiries
- Compiles reports and metrics in support of talent acquisition initiatives, including the ROI of programs that provides insight and decision support.
- Coordinates all equipment/supply requests for TA team
- Assists Sr. Director or VP in extending internal offers, handling performance issues, terminations and eTAFs
- Trains new Talent Partners (in talent acquisition/recruiting/onboarding)
- Manages new projects involving any TA vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Personnel Management, Human Resources Management, or a directly related field, and three to five (3-5) years of related responsible experience talent planning.
- Knowledge of Federal, State and Local applicable laws, collaboration and change management, talent systems processes and functions, current talent management practices and learning technologies.
- Highly proficient with products to include office computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and training systems. Knowledge of Icims and Paycor preferred.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
