- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance.
- Leads and mentors a team of medical assistants and receptionists, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to provide excellent patient care.
- Develops and implements efficient office procedures and protocols to streamline operations and improve patient flow.
- Maintains accurate patient records and ensures compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
- Manages the clinic's budget and inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Acts as a liaison for all staff vendors for EMR, ordering, HR/Payroll, IT/Security, and dental contractors.
- Collaborates with the clinic's leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Participates in the interview, hiring, and performance review process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); at least three years of experience and/or training as a medical office manager or similar leadership role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Ability:
