Position: Administrative Coordinator
We are searching for an Administrative Coordinator to assist with operational tasks, customer relations projects, and outreach. This position requires professionalism, the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment, a can-do attitude, and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily company operations, including assisting team members with project work, conducting research, corporate maintenance, invoicing, interacting with partners and vendors, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Adapt to various competing demands, demonstrating the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through to successful completion, often under deadline pressures.
- Create documents in support of meetings/conference calls and business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, including making judgment calls regarding meeting presence and travel requirements.
- Attend key staff and team meetings as required, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and independently follow up on action items.
- Support team members with consulting or administrative projects as needed.
- Develop client outreach strategies and campaigns in support of marketing efforts, such as through email.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of recent related work experience in a professional B2B setting. Our clients range in size from medium to enterprise.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Fluency in English is required.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to get along with coworkers and be open to helping out when and where possible.
- B2B marketing experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree with a good academic record. Please do not apply if you do not have a bachelor's degree.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Project management experience is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to provide 2-3 recent professional references.
- Familiarity with WordPress is a bonus but not required.
