Data Analyst, Data & Analytics - Consultant

The Data Analyst, Data & Analytics will be a key TSP Data Strategy and Analytics team member. The incumbent will be responsible for helping drive the successful execution of the TSP Data Strategy to enable the organization to make better decisions through clean, consistent, and understandable data.This position is remote anywhere within the US and Canada.They will be working on various aspects of data projects and business projects that have a data component. This role documents, designs, delivers, and maintains complex data analytics solutions. This is to be accomplished by adhering to TSP data architecture governance and standards to ensure high-quality analysis is maintained throughout. The incumbent will constantly update the practices to enhance the evolution of our data ecosystem.This position will work directly with Operations and Supply Chain groups. They will be supporting several different teams such as Project Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Installations.ReportingThis position will be reporting to the Director, Data Analytics and Integrations.Key FunctionsAct as an SME on the data needs across multiple business teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management)Support the transition of Domo reporting assets into Power BIDevelop data insight solutions that help the business determine the next course of actionProduce standard daily / weekly / monthly reports on KPIs and metricsGenerate customized analysis and reporting, examining the effectiveness of TSPWork with other data professionals to define and enhance the data layer (Lake, DWH)Act as a liaison between business and technical audiencesActive member in the process improvements for the Data Analytics team at TSPDefine and document data dependencies and data flow diagrams of the solution developedQualificationsStrong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing environments3 years of experience working with Power BI as an Analyst ProfessionalExperience with other visualization tools like Domo, Tableau, or Looker2 Years of Experience with Excel at the advanced level, and some familiarity with power query.
