- Must be committed to working and operating safely and follow all plant and company safety and environmental rules and procedures, as well as wearing all required PPE
- Ensure compliance to all ISO 9001 quality procedures and work instructions, to include creating and maintaining records as required.
- Work well in a team environment as well as function independently
- Communicate effectively with others to ensure production demands are obtained
- Possesses a high level of attention to detail
- Participate in all phases of production/warehousing as required
- Proficient in organizing and operating process and test equipment
- Produce products on time as prescribed by ISO standards and work tasks instructions to meet quality specifications
- Available for required overtime hours as needed during peak production (Jun 1 – Oct 31)
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job to include lifting 55lbs bags repeatedly; climbing stairs, ladders, and tanks; filling and moving 55/275 gallon containers, turn valves and other physical activities as required
- Assist in other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- Two years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment along with forklift experience a plus
- Consistent attendance (On time and at work as scheduled)
- Strong work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation
