FieldTurf in Adairsville has an exciting opportunity for an indoor Customer Service Coordinator. This person provides effective customer service, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. They will Interface with customers to process orders, handle inquiries and ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders in the company’s ERP. Involves data entry and master of the product range.
- Collaborate with the logistic coordinator to provide order status, shipment, and delivery information directly to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries (direct communication with customers either by telephone or electronically).
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes from order to delivery.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, shipping, finance, inside sales, operations, and supply chain).
- Assist regional sales managers and respond to their requests.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, direct requests, and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Maintain claim reports: record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Various administrative tasks as order receipt in ERP, maintain customer and supplier lists, issue bill of ladings.
- Issue warranties.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in customer service role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required.
- HS Diploma required.
