Responsibilities
- Provide continuous, efficient, and effective support to the Regional Sales Managers.
- Track leads and projects through our Dodge McGraw-Hill internet system and other tools. Follow up on Leads and projects with parties involved including architects.
- Update and maintain data in our Customer Relationship Management system Salesforce.
- Utilize ZoomInfo and other services to target and develop potential leads to promote our goods and services in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Update Regional Sales Managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding monthly action summaries.
- Provide and assist customers with accurate information regarding product features and capabilities.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers with obtaining and providing quotes for customers.
- Work closely with the Customer Service department: provide update and assist on order status, act as back up when necessary, in regard to order processing in ERP.
- Receipt and processing of marketing tools and samples.
- Perform order entry and complete purchase orders.
- Organize and ship material to Tradeshows.
- Conduct all activities and engagements in a tactful and professional manner consistent with Tarkett Code of Ethics.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and Human Resources.
- Assist in the accomplishment of Company goals.
- Helps other employee to accomplish Company goals.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
- Travel as required and approved by the Sales Manager.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years minimum relatred experience.
- Computer knowledge: Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Syspro.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and SAP.
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
- Perform at a high level in a very faced past environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, manage multiple priorities.
