We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our talented team. This role will be primarily responsible for providing timely and accurate payroll processing for hourly weekly payrolls and some support of semi-monthly salaried payrolls, including entering payroll adjustments, processing garnishments, commissions, and various other payments. This role will be based in our Solon, OH office and will report to the Payroll Manager.

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our talented team. This role will be primarily responsible for providing timely and accurate payroll processing for hourly weekly payrolls and some support of semi-monthly salaried payrolls, including entering payroll adjustments, processing garnishments, commissions, and various other payments. This role will be based in our Solon, OH office and will report to the Payroll Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process hourly weekly payrolls for multiple U.S. locations
- Assist with semi-monthly salary payroll as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and accounting purposes
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams, ensuring data accuracy
- Support payroll projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience processing U.S. multi-state, multi-location payroll in a corporate environment with multiple pay types including hourly, salaried, commissions, bonuses and off-cycles. Union experience a plus but not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Platform including, Word and Outlook with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
