Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in English and writing programs.
- Develop and implement curriculum improvements based on student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental initiatives.
- Mentor and evaluate online faculty and new faculty.
- Publish assessment results in the university's assessment platform.
Requirements
- Earned doctorate/terminal degree in the teaching discipline from an accredited university.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- PhD in English or related field, with a specialization in Writing Studies.
- 2 or more years of experience with administering a first-year writing program or a writing center.
