Title: E-Commerce Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce operations on Amazon and Walmart. This role involves creating and managing orders and sales in SAP, updating daily sales sheets, tracking inventory, assisting with the creation of product listings, supporting month-end closing activities, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

Duties and responsibilities

• Create Orders in SAP: Efficiently create and manage orders in the SAP system to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Create Sales in SAP: Record and manage sales transactions in SAP, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Update Daily Sales Sheets: Maintain and update daily sales sheets for Amazon and Walmart, providing accurate sales data and insights.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels by monitoring the quantity ordered and quantity delivered, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Product Planning: weekly reviews of demand and inventory levels for the e-commerce assortment.
• Assist with Listings Creation: Support the creation and optimization of product listings on Amazon and Walmart, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search.
• Assist with Amazon cases: open, monitor and reply to Amazon support cases
• Assist with Month-End Closing: Support month-end closing activities in SAP, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Assist with Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with various ad-hoc projects such as preparing sales reports and presentations, providing valuable insights and data to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing major (quantitative, test-driven field or equivalent experience)
• e-commerce experience preferred
• Proven success in handling business requests in SAP
• Strong self-organization and time management skills
• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central, Walmart, Shopify and other major e-commerce companies

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $58,500 to $71,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
