  • A skilled dental assistant with experience in both chairside assistance and treatment coordination.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust and guide patients through their treatment options.
  • Ability to present complex dental procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Confidence in discussing financial arrangements, including payment options and insurance.
  • A team player who can seamlessly collaborate with the clinical and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist chairside with dental procedures while also taking on treatment planning responsibilities.
  • Present treatment plans to patients and explain their options clearly and effectively.
  • Help patients navigate payment options and coordinate insurance benefits.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure they understand and commit to their treatment plans.
  • Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
