Tarpon Health is looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing organization in the Health Care industry.

Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator performs a variety of administrative activities in support of Tarpons Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits and Administration. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion, organization and communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, and managing the interview life-cycle.
  • Follow up with candidates on the status of an application
  • Maintain database / files in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Onboarding

  • Assist in the onboarding process including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, preparing offer letters, I9 verification and ensuring all documentation is collected and complete.
  • Manage onboarding workflow to ensure all appropriate internal departments are notified of new employees
  • Payroll

  • Assist with payroll documentation, updates and changes
  • Benefits

  • Assist with benefits renewal process and administration
  • HR Admin

  • Assist and maintain all employee files
  • Maintain and update company policies and procedures as needed
  • Oversee the Human Resources inbox and triage requests to the appropriate person
  • Assist in creating and distributing employee communications
  • Qualifications

  • 1 years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
