In this role, you start your day with a cup of coffee, gearing up to be the hero of the property world. Today, you're on a mission. You kick off by diagnosing and conquering maintenance challenges in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. Your expertise is the superpower that keeps our properties thriving.
As you navigate the day, you're not just a technician; you're a problem-solving maestro. From scheduling and performing preventative maintenance to overseeing apartment turns, your skills are the heartbeat of our communities. Picture yourself inspecting apartments, ensuring they meet our high standards, and responding promptly to resident requests. QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered, you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of previous experience in property management maintenance or a related trade
We Would Prefer:
- A knack for turning maintenance challenges into success stories
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance
WHEN & WHERE:
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, with the flexibility to conquer challenges whenever they arise. Overtime may be your ally, and being on-call is all in a day's work. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Location:
Based in beautiful Sumner, WA, your daily travels will keep you engaged, ensuring our properties shine across the Greater Seattle Area. This position will be concentrated mostly in North King County area.
