You interact with both prospective and current residents to ensure they have the information they need and are content with their living experience. Your job involves presenting community amenities and ensuring a positive living environment. You end your day with a sense of accomplishment, knowing you've assisted people in discovering their new homes and have been a professional and dedicated presence in every interaction.

REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver's license, sound driving record, and auto insurance required
- Computer literacy required
- Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
