As the Manager of Organizational Development, you will lead efforts to foster a culture of innovation and continuous process improvement. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive cultural transformation. With a focus on leadership development, and performance improvement, you will play a critical role in empowering teams to thrive and ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Proven expertise in organizational development principles, theories, and best practices, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and lead dynamic, cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to quickly assess complex organizational challenges and develop agile, data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to influence improvements that create efficiency and better internal and external experience. 
  • Create new or update existing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies and Procedures to support process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs and workshops that standardize procedures and drive innovation, improvement, and results.
  • Advanced project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple fast-paced initiatives while maintaining a focus on results.
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify root causes of organizational challenges and implement effective, forward-thinking interventions.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles, with the ability to lead teams through rapid change and transformation.
  • Proficiency in utilizing innovative organizational development tools and assessments to support strategic goals.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, capable of driving change, securing buy-in, and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to manage sensitive information in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Certification in organizational development or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in working in a diverse and multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required to support organizational development initiatives

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Works in an office environment, on occasion may work in warehouse or at outdoor events
  • This position requires frequent walking, standing, sitting and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Travel in service area to TAFB-West (Parker County) and TAFB-North (Denton County)
  • Requires work schedule flexibility with occasional weekend and evening availability
