- Answers incoming calls.
- Registers all visitors entering the building and gives directions to appropriate locations/offices.
- Makes new case files.
- Translates (English-Spanish) over the telephone, for security personnel or for professional staff.
- Accesses information using the Juvenile Case Management System (JCMS).
- Identifies any problems and/or situations among visitors in lobby area and notifies security if necessary.
- Monitors telephone system for malfunctions.
- Relays written messages accurately.
- Maintains all updates of staff changes to the Akkadian Console Database
- Maintains logs of packages received to the agency and maintains the lost and found items turned over to reception.
- Provides notary services (English/Spanish) as needed.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
NOTE: You must fill out the work history and education sections of application to show you have years of experience/education as required by hiring department or be disqualified.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Six (6) month’s telephone /receptionist experience is required.
Computer skills for information retrieval required.
Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
Salary : $15 - $17
