Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong people skills and computer skills, having at least 2-3 years of experience in a fast paced billing environment. Prior neurology experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations, obtaining referrals and collecting money. An experienced biller who knows how to contact the insurance companies. This person must have AR, claim denial and claim submission experience.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, professional customer service, resourceful and motivated.
The ability to be flexible is essential
Must be detail oriented and a multi-tasker
Knowledge of Medical terminology
Data entry with Strong attention to detail
Must be computer savvy
All around team player
Extensive knowledge in the FULL Process of the claim cycle including :
Eligibility
Authorizations
Billing and collections
Accounts receivable
