Now Hiring – Certified Pharmacy Technician for team

Hours : Monday-Friday 8AM - 6PM (8-hour shift)

REMOTE, with Travel expected PLEASE READ FURTHER

Duties and Responsibilities :

Travel up to 10 weeks per calendar year

Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders

Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections

Properly handle order exceptions such as refill-too-soon, invalid orders, etc.

Communicate effectively with leadership and peers

Achieve or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements :

Required Skills / Abilities :

Must possess national PTCB certification and able to acquire a Texas license and other necessary licenses immediately upon hire

3 years of order entry experience using FrameworkLTC, and DocuTrack, or ECM experience

Type an average of 50 wpm

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Can meet order deadlines

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions

Can perform pharmacy calculations

Is available for occasional overtime

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to withstand long hours of computer screen time

Repetitive motion deskwork
