Hours : Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (8-hour shifts)

Duties and Responsibilities :
Market and sell pharmacy services to regional I / DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities), Behavioral Health, and ICF (Intermediate Care Facilities) Communities within the Midwest region.Meet and exceed Regional sales goals.Strong prior knowledge of I / DD, Behavioral Health, and / or ICF prospects and contacts in MIdwest regionCoordinate with Chief Sales Officer and team leadership in evaluating and qualifying new sales opportunities.Conduct “in-person” and “virtual” presentations to prospects in the Midwest region.Experience presenting via Zoom, Teams, Webex, and / or RingCentral.Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, market data, CRM, and communicating (verbally and in writing) with I / DD, Behavioral Health, and ICF communities and agencies in the Midwest.Develop a strategic territory plan including the prioritization and targeting of potential prospects, coordination with tradeshows, State Associations, networking and other marketing initiatives.Participates in local, state, national trade shows and other marketing initiatives as required.Complete sale updates, tracking and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.Documentation of sales activity in Company CRM software.Coordinates with pharmacy departments as required including, but not limited, to Operations, Finance, and Leadership team.Comply with Company policies and procedures.Required Skills / Abilities
3 years of prior sales experience in healthcare related experience preferred. (IDD Executive Director, ICF Administrators, Nurses, Pharmacy Technician or other related licensure a plus).Candidates with prior I / DD, Behavioral Health, and ICF pharmacy experience or experience selling other products, services, and / or software to I / DD, Behavioral Health, and ICF communities are highly preferred.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and WORD requiredResults orientation, adaptability, sales process methods, product / service knowledge,Excellent oral / written communicationStrong planning / organizing skillsDriver’s LicenseExecutive Director, Nurse, Pharmacist or other professional licensure a plus but not requiredCollege Degree or comparable work experienceProficient in English (read, write, and verbal communication)Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, sponsorship not availablePhysical Requirements
