Now Hiring – Staff Pharmacist
Shift :
Week 1 : 4 / 10s, 9am-7pm
Week 2 : 5 / 8s, 12pm-8pm
Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy – We provide specialized care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the United States. We have been providing long-term care pharmacy services since 2007, but we originated as part of our independent retail pharmacy, Tarrytown Pharmacy, which has been serving the local community since 1941. Manages the workflow processes which may include pharmacist verification and labeling / packagingReviews medication orders and evaluates their appropriateness and completenessComplies with federal and local pharmacy laws as regulated by the Kansas State Boards of Pharmacy, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Food and Drug Administration.Performs all job duties with a friendly, positive and team-oriented approachMaintains required licenses or certifications in good standingComplies with all company policies, procedures, rules and standardsAll other duties as assigned by Pharmacist-in-ChargeRequirements :
Required Skills / Abilities :
Must possess a Texas State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist LicenseExperience with document management system such as Docutrack or ECM preferred but not requiredPositive personality who is able to work well within a teamAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareCan de-escalate and troubleshoot problems within the pharmacyShifts :
Rotating scheduleWeek 1 : 4 / 10s, 9am-7pm
Week 2 : 5 / 8s, 12pm-8pm
Physical Requirements :
