Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM - 6PM (8-hour shift)
REMOTE, with Travel expected

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel up to 10 weeks per calendar year
- Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
- Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections
- Properly handle order exceptions such as refill-too-soon, invalid orders, etc.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and peers
- Achieve or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must possess national PTCB certification and able to acquire a Texas license and other necessary licenses immediately upon hire
- 3 years of order entry experience using FrameworkLTC, and DocuTrack, or ECM experience
- Type an average of 60 wpm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can meet order deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions
- Can perform pharmacy calculations
- Is available for occasional overtime
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to withstand long hours of computer screen time
- Repetitive motion deskwork
