Experienced Automotive Accounting Biller Job Duties Include:
- Ensure proper billing of all sold new and used vehicles including the calculation of profit, setting up receivables/liabilities, and calculating sales commissions made on each deal.
- Verifies all contract paperwork has been processed with the correct customer and VIN information prior to sending a finalized contract to the lender.
- Retrieving missing signatures and/or paperwork for deal completion from the Finance Department.
- Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution in a timely manner.
- Ensure all appropriate forms, photocopies, and information had been collected for the Title Department to process license and registration on sold units.
- Reconcile monthly statements, ledgers, and product submissions
- Research and resolve any discrepancies within the billing process, involving management as needed.
- Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees when assigned by supervisor.
- Make sure all inventory is loaded into Verifi
- Other various supportive administrative duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
