Tarvos Talent is seeking a contract Administrative Assistant for a client in North Austin. This onsite role offers a great opportunity to support daily office operations while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, managing mail, processing and sending various types of letters, and scanning documents. You will also track insurance for collateral, review incoming insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage, and help with online portal registrations for statement access.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, strong time management and organizational skills, and a background in customer service. This position requires proficiency in Outlook, Gmail, MS Office Suite, and RingCentral.
