Job Responsibilities:
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits of cash application processes to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Process Development: Assist in developing and enhancing procedures for effective cash application processing and maintaining compliance with company standards.
- Issue Resolution: Research and resolve issues related to cash payment applications, including unapplied payments and email inquiries.
- Escalation Management: Respond to escalations from the Accounts Receivable (AR) mailbox in a timely and professional manner.
