People & Recruiting Coordinator – Austin, TX
Tarvos Talent is partnering with an Austin-based company to find a People & Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. In this role, you’ll work directly with leadership to oversee HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding—playing a key role in shaping the employee experience.
We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR systems, and full-cycle employee management. You should be sharp, efficient, and confident in making tough but necessary decisions, especially when handling employee separations. This role requires objectivity, discretion, and a strong sense of accountability—you’re here to drive business results, not personal emotions.
