Tarvos Talent is seeking a People & Recruiting Coordinator for a client headquartered in Austin. This isn’t a passive role—you’ll work directly with the CFO and CEO, owning HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding. You must be sharp, efficient, and unafraid to make tough calls.
Our client is looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HRIS & ATS management, and handling the full employee cycle. You must be able to manage employee separations with professionalism—no hesitation, no emotion, just execution. This role demands objectivity, discretion, and the ability to make decisions that serve the company, not personal feelings. A bachelor’s in HR or Business is preferred, but results matter more.
