As a Retirement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and legal teams, handling data entry, verification, and client communication. Your responsibilities will include managing sensitive and complex client data, preparing and creating invoices, and providing exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, record keeping, or account management, ideally within the insurance or retirement sectors. Familiarity with tools like Excel and experience working with sensitive data will be key to your success in this role. Knowledge in Voya and Salesforce is a plus. Strong client communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities will make you a valuable member of this team.
