What You’ll Do
- Work with warm inbound leads—no cold calling required
- Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs
- Show homes, write offers, and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Stay knowledgeable about local market trends and communities
- Attend team meetings, daily huddles, and skill-building sessions
- Maintain communication and task updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Represent the team professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Contribute to our collaborative, high-integrity team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Real Estate License (required)
- At least 1 year of buyer representation experience preferred
- Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and people skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Self-starter with high standards, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with the Santa Barbara market or willingness to learn quickly
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like CRMs and social media
- Committed to ongoing growth and personal development
