What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager I position at Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc?
Become part of an exciting newly funded grant titled The Saving Lives Project, which aims to Increase access to ongoing mental health and SUD treatment and recovery support services for individuals at high risk for suicide. Engage individuals leaving emergency departments and/or SUD programs. Provide case management, benefits advocacy and referrals/linkages. Prefer a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health setting. Bilingual skills and lived experience are also preferred.
