Seeking a fulltime service-oriented innovative Program Operations Supervisor to join our Woodland Hills Outpatient in the San Fernando Valley. Duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing the day to day operations of our Woodland Hills OP Program, RSS Program, quality assurance, providing supervision to staff, monitoring time keeping, submitting orders and reports to clerk, providing direct service to individuals and families as needed, along with crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast pasted environment, have SUD, MH, HIV, and Primary Care experience, be familiar with Out Patient level of care, treatment planning, documentation for SUD patients, be familiar with Microsoft Office applications, work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, have excellent written and verbal skills, be detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills, along with the ability to multi-task. Applicant must have two years experience. Masters Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or social sciences. Applicant must be registered or certified as an addictions counselor, or with the California Board of Behavioral Science.
