The Senior Supervisor of Primary Care - Mental Health reports to the Director of Care Integration and to the Director of Primary Care and is responsible for the development and management of mild to moderate mental health services in TTC's primary care clinics.
Salary Range

Core Functions
- Develops services for patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions in TTC’s primary care clinics.
- Oversees and conducts audits of Epic medical records for MH patients.
- Recommends staff hiring, supervises, and evaluates the performance of program operations.
- Responsible for carrying out the organization’s goals and preparing reports on staff productivity and revenue.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets for mental health services in primary care.
- Assure compliance with HRSA standards for MH services in primary care settings.
- Collaborate with TTC supervisors and staff to pursue integrated care objectives.
- Attend supervisor level agency wide committees and meetings as indicated.
- Attends, as necessary, in-services, educational and capacity building trainings.
- Other duties as indicated or assigned by Director and/or CEO.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in health-related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in mental health services in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 applications and of electronic health records.
