- Provide accurate and helpful information about our services properties and processes.
- Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify and address potential client concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve client experience and streamline processes.
- Stay uptodate on market trends property listings and company policies.
