Tasks

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Provide accurate information about TAS Realty Group's services and offerings to potential and existing clients.
• Assist clients in navigating the company website and utilizing online resources effectively for their real estate needs.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
