Duties include :
- Answer / transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to appropriate person / department
- Responsible for handling and balancing cash drawer daily
- Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments
- Maintain dealer license plate inventory
- Light filing and scanning
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
