Sales Leadership :

Customer Relationship Management :

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.

Inventory Management :

Oversee the dealership's inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and variety.

Collaborate with the purchasing department to determine inventory needs based on market demand.

Reporting and Analysis :

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, outlining performance against targets.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Team Development :

Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
