Auto Rent Chicago is looking to hire a responsible, people-oriented individual to work in our fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, energetic, and adaptable to frequent shifts in direction. You will provide superior, friendly and efficient customer service throughout the rental process. Hours available : Mon-Fri 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm, Sat 8 : 00am-3 : 00pm. Mult-location. Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and thank each customer at the conclusion of their transaction
- Verify rental agreement and answer customer questions, providing assistance as needed
- Verify and document all necessary driver information in order to provide and efficient and timely rental and return experience
- Prepare rental agreement files with required documentation
- Resolve any issues in a fair and equitable manner
- Maintain appearance of rental counter and customer area
