In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the buying and ownership experience for our customers while supporting our sales team. Key Responsibilities :
- Post-Sale Engagement :
Call each customer who purchased a vehicle the day prior to congratulate them and thank them for their business.
Serve as a secondary point of contact by sharing your direct line and email, ensuring customers feel supported and connected.
Proactively call, text, and email all Internet Customer Inquiry (ICI) leads with energy and enthusiasm.
Follow VIN ICI tasks and month-to-month follow-up protocols to ensure leads are managed efficiently and effectively.
