Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate repair estimates for customers and insurance companies.
- Work with insurance adjusters to negotiate and ensure proper claim handling.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, providing updates on repair progress.
- Ensure repairs meet Buick GMC and OEM standards.
- Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
Qualifications:
✔ Experience as a Body Shop Estimator in a dealership or independent collision center.
✔ Knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex).
✔ Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
✔ I-CAR Certification is a plus!
