As a Store Manager, you will lead a team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service in our retail store. Utilizing your core skills in inventory management, and team leadership, you will oversee inventory control, supervise staff, and drive retail sales. Relevant skills in stocking and organizing, you will contribute to maintaining a well-stocked store and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolio with exceptional service during and after the sale
- Close sales and assist in achieving monthly quota
- Providing customers with accurate information regarding products, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Experience with organizing inventory and maintaining quantity according to set guidelines
- Must be able to handle cash and balance receipts, post payments, and processing daily bank deposits with integrity
Requirements:
- Must have paint store experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively
- Punctual team player with the ability to handle a fast pace environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
